My main specialities include codependency, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress management, relationship and communication issues, spirituality issues, past or current trauma, sexuality, social justice, and family issues. I specifically enjoy working with women on hormonal issues, endometriosis/PCOS support, fertility issues, postpartum, body image, aging, roles as mothers, romantic relationships, boundaries, social media and worldly expectations/pressures, sex and intimacy, finding outside providers/testing to help meet your needs.
I specialize in therapy for young adults (over 21). We can work together on transitioning into adulthood, life goals, college transitions, starting new jobs, romantic relationships, sex and intimacy, dating, friendships, living with others, advocating for mental health.
It is very important that we take care of ourselves as mental health providers. Whether you are a student completing a graduate program or an established therapist, it is never too early or late to have additional support, grow, or meet goals.
